Terry and Brad are putting the final touches on a Notice of Settlement in a national Volkswagen case we have been litigating since 2005. When completed in early 2012 class members will be able to recover for certain repair costs to their VW’s. It has been a difficult case that has resulted in a good return for class members.

Terry has been serving as local counsel in the toxic tort class litigation involving a closed smelter in Northern Oklahoma that has also resulted in settlement and notice of that resolution will soon go out. Terryhas also been working with the Richardson Patrick firm of South Carolina in representing the State of Oklahoma in AWP litigation that has resulted in settlement with over a dozen companies and continued settlement negotiations with the remaining 5 defendants.

Shawn defended the State of Oklahoma in an October trial of a condemnation case and achieved a very satisfactory result for the Department of Transportation - one of only two defense files in the office.
